Privacy Policy

Coding Wizards ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and contact/quote forms, and how we use it.

Information we collect: name, email address, phone number, and project details you submit through our contact or quote forms, plus basic analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) if analytics tools are enabled on the site.

How we use it: to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver services, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Retention: enquiry and project information is kept only as long as needed to deliver the service or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@codingwizards.co.za.

Terms & Conditions

By engaging Coding Wizards for services, or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

• Service scope: work is delivered according to the scope agreed in writing (email or quote) before a project begins. Work outside that scope may incur additional cost and time.
• Intellectual property: ownership of custom code and design transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Coding Wizards may retain the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
• Payment terms: projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or per an agreed milestone schedule.
• Liability: Coding Wizards is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered software, websites, or apps, beyond the value of fees paid for the project.

Project estimates, timelines, and pricing shared on this website or in written quotes are indicative and may change once full requirements are confirmed. Coding Wizards makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes (such as revenue or user growth) resulting from a delivered website, app, or system.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Deposits: deposits secure your project slot and cover initial work; they are non-refundable once work has started.
• Cancellation: if a project is cancelled before work begins, any deposit paid will be refunded in full, less any costs already incurred (e.g. third-party services purchased on your behalf).
• Refunds: full or partial refunds may be offered where agreed work is not delivered, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
